Introduction to Tableau Online
Tableau is a tool that helps users understand data by creating interactive visualizations and dashboards.
It is a powerful program that is used by most organizations to tell stories about their data.
The learning curve for Tableau is steep, but this class will make it easy to use and understand.
No experience with Tableau? No problem. This class is focused on the novice user but could also serve as a good refresher course for more experienced users.
This class will:
- Demonstrate how to load data into Tableau
- Explain the areas used to create and organize you visualizations
- Create visualizations/dashboards
- Publish and share your dashboards
*Students must register with Tableau Public prior to the session. Please have it ready to use before the class starts.
